لا يسمح بالإفراج عن أى رسالة من أى دواء مستورد من الخارج أو تداول المستحضرات الصيدلية المحلية إلا بعد موافقة اللجنة الفنية لمراقبة الأدوية عليها ويجب أن يوضع عن كل عبوة من كل دواء ما يثبت موافقة اللجنة المذكورة عليه قبل السماح بتداوله .
وعلى مستوردى الأدوية وأصحاب المستحضرات الصيدلية المحلية دفع الرسم الذى تحدده وزارة الصحة العمومية عن كل عينة من هذه الرسائل ترسل للتحليل .
