إذا أراد صاحب المؤسسة الصيدلية أو مديرها خزن أدوية لحاجة مؤسسته فى محل آخر وجب عليه أن يحصل مقدما على ترخيص فى ذلك من وزارة الصحة العمومية طبقا لأحكام المادة ( ١٢ ) ويكون مدير المؤسسة مسئولا عن هذا الخزن .
