يجب أن يكون كل ما يوجد بالمؤسسة المرخص بها بموجب هذا القانون من أدوية أو متحصلات [غير مقروء] أو مستحضرات صيدلية أو نباتات طبية أو مواد كيماوية مطابقا لمواصفاتها المذكورة بدساتير الأدوية المقررة ولتركيباتها المسجلة وتحفظ حسب الأصول الفنية .
ويجب أن تزود هذه المؤسسات بالأدوية والأدوات والأجهزة اللازمة للعمل ولحفظ الأدوية بها مع المراجع العلمية والقوانين الخاصة بالمهنة ويكون صاحب المؤسسة ومديرها مسئولين عن تنفيذ ذلك .
