يجب على أصحاب المؤسسات الصيدلية ومساعدى الصيادلة وطلبة الصيدلة تحت التمرين إخطار وزارة الصحة العمومية بكتاب موصى عليه بتاريخ بدئهم العمل بهذه المؤسسات وكذلك إخطارها بمجرد تركهم العمل بها .
ويجب على مديرى هذه المؤسسات أن يرسلوا كتابة الى وزارة الصحة العمومية جميع البيانات التى تطلبها منهم بخطابات موصى عليها .
