على العمال والعاملات الذين يشتغلون فى الأعمال الفنية بالمؤسسات الصيدلية أو لتوصيل الأدوية أن يحصلوا على ترخيص بذلك من وزارة الصحة العمومية بعد تقديم شهادة تحقيق شخصية وصحيفة عدم وجود سوابق على أن يكونوا ملمين بالقراءة والكتابة كما يخضعون للقيود الصحية التى يقررها وزير الصحة العمومية .
