يجوز لكل صيدلى حاصل على درجة أو دبلوم من الخارج ويرغب فى التقدم للامتحان المنصوص عليه فى المادة ( ٣ ) أن يمضى مدة تمرينه فى إحدى الصيدليات العامة بعد موافقة وزارة الصحة العمومية بحيث لا تزيد مدة التمرين على سنتين . على أن يكون التمرين تحت إشراف المدير ومسئوليته .
