يجوز لكل طالب صيدلة مقيد اسمه بهذه الصفة بإحدى الجامعات المصرية وكل طالب صيدلة مقيد اسمه بالطريقة القانونية فى كلية أجنبية للصيدلة معترف بها أن يمضى مدة تمرينه المقررة بها باللوائح الجامعية باحدى المؤسسات الصيدلية وذلك بعد موافقة الكلية التى ينتمى اليها الطالب ووزارة الصحة العمومية .
