إذا أثبتت المعاينة عدم توافر الاشتراطات الصحية الواجب توافرها بالمؤسسة وجب إعطاء الطالب مهلة كافية لإتمامها على أن يعاين المحل فى نهايتها [غير مقروء] فإذا لم يكن قد أتمها جاز منحه مهلة أخرى مساوية لنصف مدة المهلة الأولى فإذا انقضت المدة الأخيرة دون أن يتم الاشتراطات رفض طلب الترخيص نهائيا . أما إذا أثبتت المعاينة أن الاشتراطات الصحية تامة صرفت الرخصة خلال ثلاثين يوما على الأكثر من تاريخ المعاينة .
