للهيئة العامة لتنمية الثروة السمكية وقف تنفيذ أى قرار يصدره مجلس الإدارة أو الجمعية العمومية إذا كان مخالفا لأحكام هذا القانون والقرارات المنفذة له والتشريعات التعاونية واللوائح أو النظام الداخلى للجمعية وذلك خلال شهر من تاريخ ورود الإخطار للهيئة العامة لتنمية الثروة السمكية .
