لمجلس الإدارة ولكل ذى مصلحة أن يطعن فى قرارات الهيئة العامة لتنمية الثروة السمكية المشار إليها فى المادة السابقة أمام محكمة القضاء الإدارى وذلك خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ إبلاغ مجلس الإدارة بقرار الوقف وإلا أعتبر القرار نهائيا وتفصل فيه المحكمة على وجه الاستعجال وبغير مصروفات .
