يخطر مجالس إدارة الجمعية الهيئة العامة لتنمية الثروة السمكية بصورة من محضر اجتماع الجمعية العمومية وذلك خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ انعقاد كل جلسة ، وعلى مراجعى الحسابات والمختصين إخطار هذه الجهة بصورة من تقارير المركز المالى وذلك خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ اتمام المراجعة أو التصفية .
