لصاحب العمل أن يوقف العامل عن عمله مؤقتا لمدة لا تزيد على
ستين يوما مع صرف أجره كاملا إذا اقتضت مصلحة التحقيق ذلك أو طلب من
اللجنة المشار إليها فى المادة (٧١) من هذا القانون فصله من الخدمة .
