لصاحب العمل أن يحقق مع العامل بنفسه ، أو أن يعهد بالتحقيق
إلى إدارة الشئون القانونية أو أى شخص آخر من ذوى الخبرة فى موضوع المخالفة
أو أحد العاملين بالمنشأة بشرط ألا يقل المستوى الوظيفى للمحقق عن مستوى العامل
الذى يحقق معه .
