يكون لصاحب العمل ، لضرورات اقتصادية ، حق الإغلاق الكلى أو الجزئى للمنشأة أو تقليص حجمها أو نشاطها بما قد يمس حجم العمالة بها ، وذلك فى الأوضاع وبالشروط والإجراءات المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون .
