للطفل المعاق الحق فى التأهيل ، ويقصد بالتأهيل تقديم الخدمات
الاجتماعية والنفسية والطبية والتعليمية والمهنية التى يلزم توفيرها للطفل المعاق وأسرته
لتمكينه من التغلب على الآثار الناشئة عن عجزه .
[غير مقروء] خدمات التأهيل والأجهزة التعويضية دون مقابل ، فى حدود المبالغ
المدرجة لهذا الغرض فى الموازنة العامة للدولة مع مراعاة حكم المادة (٨٥) من هذا القانون
