تنشئ وزارة الشئون الاجتماعية المعاهد والمنشآت اللازمة لتوفير
خدمات التأهيل للأطفال المعاقين .
ويجوز لها الترخيص فى إنشاء هذه المعاهد والمنشآت وفقا للشروط والأوضاع التى
تحددها اللائحة [غير مقروء] التنفيذية .
ولوزارة التعليم أن تنشئ مدارس أو فصولا لتعليم المعاقين من الأطفال بما يتلاءم
وقدراتهم واستعداداتهم . وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية شروط القبول ومناهج الدراسة ونظم
