يعاقب بغرامة لا تجاوز ثلاثمائة جنيه من أهمل ، بعد إنذاره طبقا للفقرة الأولى
من المادة (٩٨) من هذا القانون ، مراقبة الطفل وترتب على ذلك تعرضه للخطر
فى إحدى الحالات المشار إليها فى الفقرة الأولى من المادة (٩٨) من هذا القانون .

الأولى من المادة ( ٩٨ ) من هذا القانون ، مراقبة الطفل ، وترتب على ذلك تعرضه
للانحراف فى إحدى الحالات المشار إليها فى المادتين ( ٩٦ ) و ( ٩٧ ) من هذا القانون .
