تكتسب الجمعية أو الجمعيات التى يتقرر إدماجها أو تقسيمها على حسب الأحوال الشخصية الاعتبارية بوضعها الجديد بمجرد شهر هذا القرار طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون وتضع الجمعية الجديدة خلال ساعة من تاريخ شهر هذا القرار نظامها الداخلى بما يتفق وأهداف الإدماج أو التقسيم على حسب الأحوال .
