لكل ذى شأن التظلم والطعن فى القرارات الصادرة من الوزير المختص أو من الجهات الإدارية المختصة برفض طلبا شهر المنظمات التعاونية على اختلاف أنواعها أو بوقف تنفيذ قرارات مجلس الإدارة والجمعيات العمومية بإسناد العضوية عن عضو مجلس الإدارة أو وقفه أو حل المجلس وتعيين مجلس إدارة مؤقت أو انضمام الجمعية أو حلها أو إدماجها أو تقسيمها .
