تختص بالنظر فى التظلمات المتعلقة بالقرارات المشار إليها فى المادة السابقة والصادرة فى شأن الجمعيات التعاونية الأساسية والجمعيات التعاونية الاتحادية لجنة فى كل محافظة تشكل بقرار من الوزير المختص على النحو التالى :
(١) مفوض الدولة لدى المحافظة التى يقع فى دائرتها مقر الجمعية [غير مقروء] رئيسا
(ب) خبير فى شئون التعاون يختاره مجلس إدارة الاتحاد التعاونى الإنتاجى المركزى لمدة سنة [غير مقروء] عضوين
(ج) خبير فى شئون التعاون يختاره رئيس الجهة الإدارية المختصة لمدة سنة [غير مقروء]
