تستعرض الجمعية العمومية العادية التقرير المقدم عن نشاط وأعمال مجلس الادارة، وكذلك تقرير مراقب الحسابات عن ميزانية الاتحاد فى السنة المنتهية لأخذ الرأى والتصديق عليها.
وتنظر الجمعية فى كل اقتراح يقدم كتابة من مجلس الادارة، وكذا فى كل اقتراح يقدمه كتابة الى المجلس عضو بالجمعية، قبل انعقادها بمدة سبعة أيام على الأقل.
