Article 86 of the State Private Property Lease and Disposal Law

تلغى الفقرة الثالثة من المادة ٨٧٤ من القانون المدنى كما يلغى المرسوم بقانون رقم ١١١ لسنة ١٩٤٥ والقانونان رقم ٣٠٦ لسنة ١٩٥٥ ورقم ٨ لسنة ١٩٦٠ والقانون رقم ١٢٤ لسنة ١٩٥٨ والقانون رقم ١٩٢ لسنة ١٩٥٨ وقرار رئيس الجمهورية رقم ١٦٦ لسنة ١٩٥٨ وقرار رئيس الجمهورية رقم ١٣٨٥ لسنة ١٩٥٨ وقرار رئيس الجمهورية رقم ٢٠١٥ لسنة ١٩٦٠ المشار إليها ، كما يلغى كل نص آخر يخالف أحكام هذا القانون .
ولا تسرى القواعد المنظمة لتأجير أملاك الميرى الحرة ولائحة قيود وشروط بيع أملاك الميرى الحرة الصادرة فى ٢١ من أغسطس سنة ١٩٠٢ — على العقارات الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون .
