يقسم رأس مال الشركة إلى أسهم اسمية متساوية القيمة ، ويحدد النظام
الأساسى للشركة القيمة الاسمية للسهم بحيث لا تقل عن عشرة جنيهات ولا تجاوز ألف
جنيه مصرى .
