يجوز بقرار من مجلس الوزراء أن يطرح للبيع أسهم بقيمة جزء من رأس
مال الشركة على أن تظل الأغلبية فى رأس المال للدولة ، ويكون للعاملين فى الشركة
أولوية فى شراء الأسهم المطروحة للبيع فى حدود (٥٪) .
