للشركة تقديم خدمات جديدة للاتصالات وذلك بعد الحصول
على الترخيص اللازم من الجهاز ويكون لها فى هذه الحالة ذات حقوق مقدمى تلك الخدمات
كما يكون عليها ذات الالتزامات المقررة عليهم وفقا للقواعد التى يصدرها الجهاز فى هذا الشأن .
