يحدد الجهاز مقابل الترخيص باستخدام تردد أو حيز ترددات لخدمات
الاتصالات اللاسلكية المختلفة ويعلن عن هذا المقابل ، ويلتزم بأدائه جميع مستخدمى
الطيف الترددى .
ولا يسرى حكم الفقرة السابقة على حيزات الترددات المخصصة دوليا من الاتحاد الدولى
للاتصالات لخدمات الإذاعة والتليفزيون دون غيرها من الخدمات الأخرى ، كما لا يسرى
على الشبكات القائمة بنقل وتوزيع برامج الإذاعة والتليفزيون الخاصة باتحاد الإذاعة والتليفزيون .
