Article 52 of the Telecommunications Regulation Law

لا يجوز حيازة أو تركيب أو تشغيل أى جهاز لاسلكى داخل البلاد إلا بعد
الحصول على موافقة بذلك من الجهاز طبقا للشروط والأوضاع التى يحددها .
ولا يسرى حكم الفقرة السابقة على أجهزة البث الإذاعى والتليفزيونى الخاصة
بخدمات اتحاد الإذاعة والتليفزيون التى تعمل فى حيز الطيف الترددى المخصص لذلك
دون غيرها من الخدمات الأخرى .
ويلتزم اتحاد الإذاعة والتليفزيون - فى هذه الحالة - بإخطار الجهاز بحيازته أو تركيبه
أو تشغيله للأجهزة المشار إليها .
