يكون التعامل فى الأصناف المبينة بالجدول رقم (5) الملحق بهذا القانون على أساس الوحدات المقررة لكل صنف ويجوز بقرار من الوزير المختص عديل هذا الجدول بإضافة أو حذف بعض الأصناف أو بتعديل الوحدات المقررة لها.
