لا يجوز للجهات المشار إليها فى المادة السابقة التصرف فيما يتركه أصحاب الشأن من أجهزة أو آلات أو أدوات لم توافق مصلحة دمغ المصوغات والموازين على صلاحيتها للاستعمال بصفة قانونية إلا بالاتفاق مع هذه المصلحة وذلك طبقا للقواعد التى يصدر بها قرار من الوزير المختص.
