لا يجوز أن تسحب من الجمارك أو هيئة البريد طرود أو رسائل أجهزة أو آلات وأدوات الوزن والقياس والكيل الواردة من الخارج إلا بعد عرضها على مصلحة دمغ المصوغات والموازين وموافقتها على الافراج عنها بعد أن تتأكد هذه المصلحة من أنها قانونية ومستوفاة لشروط الدمغ المبينة فى المادة (8).
