يستحق رسم مقداره عشرة جنيهات عن معاينة أجهزة وآلات وأدوات الوزن والقياس والكيل بناء على طلب ذوى الشأن إذا كانت فى مكان واحد ولا تستغرق المعاينة أكثر من يوم واحد ويتعدد الرسم بتعدد الأمكنة التى تتم فيها المعاينة أو بتعدد الأيام التى تستغرقها هذه المعاينة.
ويستحق رسم المعاينة بالإضافة إلى الرسوم المستحقة طبقا للمادة السابقة. وتنظم قواعد وإجراءات المعاينة بقرار من الوزير المختص.
