على مكتب البوليس الذى يتقدم اليه المراقب أن يخطر مكتب البوليس فى الجهة التى عينت لإقامته وأن يرسله اليها مخفورا أو يسلمه ورقة طريق تبيح له الذهاب الى الجهة المذكورة فى زمن معين على أن يقدم نفسه الى ذلك المكتب فى الزمن المحدد له فى ورقة الطريق.
