تؤول الاختصاصات المقررة بالقوانين واللوائح للمجلس الأعلى للقطاع إلى مجلس إدارة هيئة القطاع العام التي تشرف على الشركة وتؤول الاختصاصات المقررة لرئيس المجلس الأعلى للقطاع ورئيس الجمعية العمومية للشركة، إلى الوزير المختص.
