يستبدل بالفقرة الأولى من المادة ٤٢ من القانون رقم ٥٠٥ لسنة ١٩٥٥ المشار إليه النص الآتي :
" لا يجوز لمن بلغ سن الإلزام بالخدمة ولم يبلغ تلك السن أن يتطوع للخدمة في البوليس أو إحدى المصالح أو الهيئات الحكومية ذات النظام العسكري كضابط صف أو جندي إلا بعد حصوله على موافقة وزارة الحربية .
