تتولى الجهة الإدارية التى يحددها الوزير المختص مراقبة تنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون ولائحته التنفيذية ولها فى سبيل ذلك بواسطة مندوبيها حق الاطلاع على السجلات والدفاتر والمستندات فى مقر الاتحاد وتقصى الحقائق عن أى شكوى يقدمها أعضاؤه ولمندوبى الوزارات المعنية كل فى حدود اختصاص وزارته متابعة تنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون ولائحته التنفيذية.
