Article 26 of the Poultry Producers Federation Law

يجوز بقرار من الوزير المختص حل مجلس إدارة الاتحاد إذا أتى فعلا مخالفا لأحكام هذا القانون، وعند حل مجلس الإدارة يصدر قرار من الوزير المختص بتشكيل لجنة لتصريف أعمال الاتحاد وذلك لحين تشكيل المجلس الجديد.
كما يجوز حل المجلس بقرار من الجمعية العمومية بعد موافقة ثلثى أعضائها على الأقل واعتماده من الوزير المختص.
ويعاد تشكيل المجلس الجديد خلال ستة أشهر على الأكثر من تاريخ صدور قرار الحل.
