Article 25 of the Poultry Producers Federation Law

يرفع من سجلات الاتحاد بقرار من مجلس الإدارة بعد أخذ رأى اللجنة القانونية بالاتحاد:
1 - العضو الذى يتوقف نهائيا عن ممارسة النشاط ويثبت ذلك على وجه قطعى.
2 - المنشأة فى حالات حلها أو تصفيتها أو إشهار إفلاسها بحكم قضائى نهائى.
ويجوز إعادة قيد العضو إذا عاد إلى مباشرة نشاطه أو استرد الحقوق التى حرم منها بشرط أن يقدم طلب عضوية جديدا، وإذا رفض الطلب جاز له الطعن فى قرار الرفض بطلب يقدم للجنة الطعن المشكلة طبقا للمادة (22).
