Article 19 of the Poultry Producers Federation Law

إذا خلا مقعد من مقاعد أعضاء المجلس لأى سبب يتم اختيار عضو آخر بالطريقة التى اتبعت فى اختيار سلفه، فإذا كان من خلا مقعده عضوا منتخبا حل محله التالى له فى عدد الأصوات وذلك مع مراعاة الحد الأدنى لتمثيل الشعب وفقا لما تحدده اللائحة التنفيذية، ويعرض الأمر على الجمعية العمومية لإقرار التعيين فى أول اجتماع لها، ويبقى العضو المدة المكملة لمدة سلفه.
وفى حالة خلو مقعد الرئيس لأى سبب ينتخب المجلس رئيسا من بين أعضائه للمدة المتبقية.
