يؤخذ رأى المجلس فى :
( ١ ) تعيين رجال الطب الشرعى وترقيتهم ونقلهم .
( ٢ ) ندب رجال الطب الشرعى لغير عملهم .
( ٣ ) إنشاء أقسام الخبرة الطبية أو فروع المعامل السيرولوجية أو المعامل الكيميائية أو لمباحث التزييف والتزوير أو غيرها من الفروع .
( ٤ ) سائر المسائل المتعلقة بالخبرة الطبية الشرعية .
