تشكل بقرار من الوزير لجنة للتظلمات برئاسة أحد نواب
رئيس مجلس الدولة وعضوية اثنين من مستشارى مجلس الدولة . يختارهم
المجلس وأحد شاغلى وظائف مستوى الإدارة العليا بالهيئة ، يختاره رئيسها
وأحد ذوى الخبرة يختاره الوزير .
