يتولى مراجعة حسابات الصندوق مراقبان للحسابات يختاران
من بين المقيدين في سجل يعد لهذا الغرض بالتشاور بين الهيئة والجهاز المركزي
للمحاسبات ، ولا يجوز للمراقب الواحد أن يراجع حسابات أكثر من صندوقين
في وقت واحد .
وتسري أحكام المادة (٦) من هذا القانون على الصندوق ولو لم يطرح أوراقا
مالية للاكتتاب العام .
