يجب أن تتضمن نشرات الاكتتاب فى وثائق الاستثمار التى
تطرحها صناديق الاستثمار للاكتتاب العام، البيانات الإضافية الآتية:
١ - السياسات الاستثمارية.
٢ - طريقة توزيع الأرباح السنوية وأسلوب معاملة الأرباح الرأسمالية.
٣ - اسم الجهة التى تتولى إدارة نشاط الصندوق وملخص واف عن أعمالها
السابقة.
٤ - طريقة التقييم الدورى لأصول الصندوق وإجراءات استرداد قيمة
وثائق الاستثمار.
