ينشأ بالهيئة سجل تقيد به الشركات المرخص لها بالقيام بأعمال التقييم المالى وإعداد دراسات تحديد القيمة العادلة في جميع الحالات التى يتطلب فيها ذلك هذا القانون أو لائحته التنفيذية أو القرارات الصادرة تنفيذا لهما .
وتلتزم هذه الشركات عند قيامها بأعمال التقييم المالى وإعداد دراسات تحديد القيمة العادلة بمعايير التقييم المالى التى يصدر بها قرار من مجلس إدارة الهيئة .
ويضع مجلس إدارة الهيئة ضوابط القيد والشطب بالسجل .
