يصدر مجلس إدارة الهيئة معايير المحاسبة والمراجعة التى تلتزم بها الشركات المصدرة للصكوك والشركات المستفيدة ومراقبو حساباتهم ، وله أن يعتمد أى معايير محاسبة ومراجعة أخرى صادرة من إحدى الجهات الدولية ذات الاختصاص .
