يجب قيد الصكوك التى تطرح في اكتتاب عام للتداول في إحدى بورصات الأوراق المالية في مصر ، كما يجوز إدراجها وتداولها في الأسواق المالية في الخارج بعد موافقة الهيئة ، كما يجوز قيد الصكوك التى تطرح طرحا خاصا في إحدى بورصات الأوراق المالية بمصر ، ويحدد مجلس إدارة الهيئة شروط وقواعد قيدها .
ويكون تداول الصكوك خارج بورصات الأوراق المالية وفقا للضوابط التى يصدر بها قرار من مجلس إدارة الهيئة .
