يجب أن يتم قيد الصكوك وإيداعها لدى شركة الإيداع والقيد المركزى وفقا لأحكام قانون الإيداع والقيد المركزى .
وتحفظ الصكوك من خلال أحد أمناء الحفظ المرخص لهم من الهيئة ، ويتولى وكيل السداد توزيع العوائد وأداء القيمة الاستردادية عند حلول أجل الصك وفقا للأحكام الواردة بنشرة الاكتتاب أو مذكرة المعلومات .
