في حالة عدم اكتمال عملية إصدار الصكوك لعدم التغطية أو لأى سبب آخر ، يعاد للمكتتبين جميع المبالغ التى دفعوها كاملة وذلك خلال يومى عمل من التاريخ المحدد لانتهاء مدة تغطية الاكتتاب أو الطرح ، أو خلال المدة التى تحددها نشرة الاكتتاب أو مذكرة المعلومات في غيرها من حالات عدم اكتمال عملية الإصدار.
