يجوز أن يكون للصكوك ضامن لتغطية الاكتتاب من الجهات المرخص لها بذلك من الهيئة ، فإذا كان الضامن بنكا وجب عليه الحصول على موافقة البنك المركزى المصرى .
كما يجوز أن يكون للصكوك متعهد إعادة شراء أو متعهد استرداد من البنوك أو الشركات العاملة في مجال الأوراق المالية ، ويلتزم بشرائها أو استردادها وفقا لما تحدده نشرة الاكتتاب أو مذكرة المعلومات .
