تكون الجهة المصدرة للصكوك مسئولة عن الحقوق المقررة لحملة الصكوك وفقا للأحكام المنظمة لعمل شركات التصكيك الواردة في هذا القانون ، وفى الحدود المنصوص عليها في نشرة الاكتتاب العام أو مذكرة المعلومات ، وتلتزم الجهة المصدرة بتعيين وكيل سداد لها .
