تلتزم الجهة المقيد لها أوراق أو أدوات مالية ببورصات الأوراق المالية بإتاحة استخدام الأنظمة الإلكترونية التى تكفل لمساهميها حضور اجتماعات الجمعية العامة وإثبات إجراءاتها والتصويت عليها عن بعد ، وذلك كله وفقا للشروط والضوابط والإجراءات التى يصدر بها قرار من مجلس إدارة الهيئة .
